This website is owned by JT International Trading Sdn. Bhd. ("JTI Malaysia") and operated by its affiliates and appointed agency, intended for adult smokers, aged 18 years old and above residing in Malaysia, who voluntarily registered in the Platform, and provided a valid government-issued identification to establish their age. In the course of registering in the Platform, you will have been asked to read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, by registration, you confirm to have read, be bound, and abide by, these Terms and Conditions.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.

Please check this page from time to time to be aware of any changes and to ensure you understand the terms that apply. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto our Website and are binding on you if you continue to use our Website.

Use of the Website

The Website is intended to be used by adults aged 18 years and above residing in Malaysia (“Intended User”). If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Website.

To set up an account for the Website, you must give us some personal information to enable us to verify your eligibility to use it. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Website.

Remember, posts from You or other people do not necessarily represent the views or values of JTI. We do not have responsibility for any content or links shared by You or other people. If You want to share this page or its content with Your own community, please, make sure the people who see Your posts are legal age smokers or adult Ploom users.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and Your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia, for any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions. The Platform’s functionality has been designed to comply with Malaysia law.
